A strengths coach can help you understand and embrace your own unique strengths and talents, understanding patterns of behavior and challenges you may encounter in work and relatoinships.  Never apologize for who you are again!  You are uniquely equipped to serve and live and love and be EXACTLY who and as you are.   You'll get further by leveraging your strengths and mastering your shadows.  Achieve optimal relational and professional success.

You commit to as much or as little as you need to feel and be successful in your work and personal environment.  You will be required to purchase a Strengths Finder 2.0 code for either your "top 5" or all 34 strengths, and then schedule a consultation to determine how best to proceed.  Your satisfaction is my goal!

The first step is complete an online Strengths assessment using the Strengths Finder 2.0 online tool (top 5 OR all 34 required prior to initial consult), and then you will schedule a strengths review.  In that session, we will review your strengths, and identify your specific personal or professional goals that I will help you work towards.  We will determine what our next steps should be from there to help you leverage your strengths for maximum personal and professional success and fulfillment.
